Emmy Awards 2017: i vincitori
Questa notte, al Microsoft Theatre di Hollywood, si è tenuta la cerimonia di premiazione della 69ª edizione degli Emmy Awards, premio internazionale rivolto alla serialità televisiva e ai programmi del primetime. La serata, condotta da Stephen Colbert, ha visto trionfare The Handmaid’s Tale; la serie, incentrata su un distopico futuro alle prese con un governo totalitarista ed annichilente verso ogni forma di diritto, si è aggiudicata ben 8 riconoscimenti – tra cui anche come miglior regia, miglior fotografia e miglior sceneggiatura -, sbaragliando la concorrenza. Premiata anche Black Mirror (Netflix) per l’episodio San Junipero e la mini serie di successo Big Little Lies. Nulla di fatto per i favoriti della serata Westworld (HBO) e Stranger Things (Netflix).
